Time Management

We all face a daily dilemma: too much to do and not enough time to do it. Time management addresses how we resolve that dilemma. Time is limiting factors, not activities. We must make tough choices about what to do and what not to do.

Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. It may be aided by a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals in complying with a due date. Time Management encompasses a wide scope of activities, that includes planning, allocating, setting goals, delegation, analysis of time spent, monitoring, organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing.
