Resource Unlimited Training & Consulting Group was established in 2000 as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the State of Virginia. Since then, we have accumulated over a decade of experience and have had the opportunity to develop numerous long-lasting relationships with several clients. Our philosophy is to bring our customers high-quality training, coaching, and consulting services. In addition, we will continue to help our clients build and support their organizations’ missions and visions. Resources Unlimited will continue to build a dedicated network of partners to create alliance across many different industries.

Its founder, Windon Ringer, has a solid background in corporate America having spent over 39 years at both Xerox Corporation and IBM in progressively responsible leadership and management positions within these companies. Mr. Ringer is an experienced course leader and management consultant and is a frequent speaker for the American Management Association (AMA). The company has established a niche in the talent management and strategic consulting industries.
