Windon Ringer is the founder and Senior Partner of Resources Unlimited Training & Consulting Group, LLC, an organization offering strategic and management services to commercial and government clients throughout the United States and the world. Resources Unlimited offers strategic management consulting services, training and talent management programs developed to assist clients responsible and accountable for business results and industry growth. The company is known for its highly collaborative approach in working with clients to resolve complex issues that have huge impact on organizations.

Windon works directly with senior level executives, department managers and their teams. He has designed and delivered training in the areas of leadership, sales development, innovation, executive development, operational analysis, and negotiation, strategic planning, time management, and marketing. He is often called upon to work as a subject matter expert in the area strategy formulation, sales and marketing.

Windon exemplifies Resources Unlimited’s commitment to helping its clients achieve high performance. He is a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding client teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution.

His experience spans global industrial and consumer products businesses, healthcare, as well as finance. Clients include Bechtel, Utilx, Mediamark Research and Intelligence (MRI), Bernaforn Abhor Day Foundation, and The American Management Association.

He has held many progressively responsible management positions which include Vice President of Sales, District Sales Manager, Major Accounts Sales Manager, Manager of Sales Operations, and Industry Marketing Manager. Windon’s responsibilities centered on building working partnerships between field sales operations, headquarters and the client. He started his sales career at International Business Machines (IBM) in 1973 calling on large commercial accounts. Windon joined Xerox Corporation in 1976 and remained in progressive executive leadership positions for more than 37 years.

Windon is a frequent lecturer and popular speaker. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from The George Washington University. Throughout his career, Windon has received numerous awards for sales achievement, sales management results and leadership. Windon also serves as seminar leader for the American Management Association.

Windon is married and lives in McLean, VA.
