Windon Ringer is the founder and Senior Partner of Resources Unlimited Training & Consulting Group, LLC, a strategic management consulting firm serving commercial and government clients across the United States and internationally. The firm specializes in delivering tailored consulting, leadership development, and talent management solutions that empower organizations and individuals accountable for driving business results and industry growth. Windon partners closely with senior executives, department managers, and their teams to design and deliver impactful training programs in leadership development, sales growth, innovation, operational analysis, negotiation, strategic planning, time management, organizational change management, and marketing. Frequently engaged as a subject matter expert, he provides strategic guidance in business strategy, sales, and marketing.

Over a career spanning more than 37 years, Windon has held progressively senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales, District Sales Manager, Major Accounts Sales Manager, Manager of Sales Operations, and Industry Marketing Manager. He began his sales career at International Business Machines (IBM) and went on to serve in key executive leadership roles at Xerox Corporation and Oracle Corporation.
Windon is also a sought-after speaker and seminar leader, regularly presenting for the American Management Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from The George Washington University. Throughout his career, he has been honored with numerous awards recognizing achievements in sales, sales management, leadership, and organizational consulting.
